I will have a Masters of Science in Library and Information Science and a Certificate of Advanced Studies in Digital Libraries from Syracuse University on May 11th 2008. (Can’t wait!)
I am the Director of a rural library in Upstate New York that serves about 7,500 people. I was hired for this position with the understanding I would graduate in a timely fashion, then becoming fully qualified.
That means I am over educated and under paid… but I love my job and I LOVE my library!
